I’m deeply invested in my profession and my community. I’m a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and hold the the REALTORS® Land Institute’s Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC). I’m also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ULI Florida’s Urban Development/Mixed Use Product Council, and I recently served as President of Tampa Bay’s Real Estate Investment Council. I’m a champion for women within the industry and serve as an advisor for Tampa Bay’s ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative. It’s an honor to also have served on the board of directors of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Tampa Bay’s Urban Land Institute Management Council, Leadership Tampa Bay, and the Pasco County Economic Development Council.
I’m the proud mom of my two adult children, Emily and Luke, and wife to Brian Surak.
